As the Marketing Operations Specialist at Bonnie Plants, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will focus on optimizing the in store shopping experience, enhancing marketing operational processes, overseeing photoshoots, and coordinating new product varieties.
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible to optimize the in-store shopping experience, enhance marketing operational processes, oversee photoshoots, and coordinate new product varieties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop in-store consumer experiences.
- Be the marketing lead for new products and marketing operational processes aligning closely with the digital team on anything needed for an omni channel experience.
- Oversee operations for print items including in-store signage, and photoshoots ensuring the consumer is always top of mind.
- Ensure all aspects of the in-store process are complete: including strategy, creative, production, inventory and communication.

Education and Experience:
